Summary
Tracks and outputs the running minimum of a 64-bit integer input; a reset pin clears the detection.
Description
The **Min Value (Int64)** component observes the value on **In** and keeps the smallest value seen since the last reset (or since start). When **Reset** is triggered, the detection state is cleared; the next value on **In** becomes the new baseline for the running minimum.
